We’re based in the centre of the UK on the
M1 corridor, close to Manchester, Sheffield,
Derby, Nottingham, Leeds.
Our design office near Sheffield contains
workshop, model making and rapid
prototyping facilities.

Steve is the Principal Designer & Studio
Founder, leading strategy, design, and project
delivery end to end
A professional Chartered mechanical engineer,
with an EITB apprenticeship, BEng(Hons) and
Master’s degree from the RCA and Imperial
College Steve has also gained membership of
the IMechE, IET, and IED.
In the 1990’s Steve worked in London design
consultancies, and for 30+years has delivered
products for global brands and is named
inventor on several international patents.
Leading PDL’s most challenging projects,
Steve also teaches as an Associate Lecturer
on Degree and Post Graduate Product Design
programmes at local universities, helping to
shape tomorrows designers.
